I am passionate about leadership and management development, talent and engagement and bring more than thirty years of experience of senior leadership coaching, strategic advisory and change management roles to my delivery of global leadership programs.

I am a visiting lecturer on global leadership at the University of Greenwich Business School, hold a Ph.D. in Renaissance History from Cambridge University, and often appear in the media, including BBC Radio, The Wall Street Journal, Business Insider, and International Business Times. My multicultural and interactive keynotes have inspired audiences from Australia, Denmark, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, New Zealand and Singapore, to the United Kingdom and the United States.

After living for twenty-five years in Italy, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom and the United States, I am now based in London, where I live with my husband.
