My wife, Sue, and I have seven soccer-crazed kids and I am the director of engineering for a U.S.-based global aerospace company. I played soccer and track in school, coached soccer as an adult, and besides reading books and chasing our kids all over God’s creation, I enjoy the great outdoors and gardening. I was born on a dairy farm in Connecticut, raised in rural upstate New York, resided in both Ohio and Florida, and have been a full-time resident of Colorado for the past 21 years. HAPPENSTANCE has allowed me to achieve my life-long goal to write a novel, and I am planning on continuing the series with Blake Thompson and his crack SEAL team.

I’m excited to read this as well his future work. Phil coached me in soccer 35 plus years ago and whether he was aware of this or not he was a major, positive influence in my life.

Wow, made my day! Hope you and family are staying healthy and still loving soccer. A perfect day is when I get to see all 7 of my “kids” play on the same adult soccer team on the same field at the same time!!! LOL
Let me know what’s new – take care
