S.L. DITMARS is the award-winning author of the Big Dogs series. He is a retired police officer from Long Beach, California, and has held positions in patrol, police K9, information technology, homeland security, counterterrorism, and police communications. He currently resides in Prescott, Arizona, with his wife, Barbi, and their two German Shepherd rescues, Gunnar and Missy.
ABOUT THE NARRATOR
STEVE RAUSCH has been narrating audiobooks in various genres since 2015, after he retired from the biotechnology industry, where he had been a research scientist for over 30 years. He hopes to expand into commercial and industrial voiceovers. Steve earned a B.S. in chemistry and a Ph.D. in biochemistry, but he also exercises his artistic side as an actor and sound designer for local community theater groups, where he has been involved in over 100 productions. When not in the vocal booth or at the theater, he volunteers at Denver Zoo and sings in his church choir. Steve resides in Lafayette, Colorado, with his wife Kathleen.
