Howell and his girlfriend Dori Holcomb shortly before his killing spree. His eyebrows are white from working long hours in the sun in his lawn-care business. Holcomb died in 2014, when Howell was imprisoned for the murder of Nilsa Arizmendi. Howell says she committed suicide, others say that she died of a heart attack or end stage alcoholism. She believed in Howell's innocence.
Quadruple murderer Jonathan Mills. Mills heard Howell's partial confessions regarding the seven murders while they were cellmates back in 2014. He went on the give that information to authorities.
